COVID-19 Support for Volkswagen Financial Services Customers
In the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are committed to supporting you as best we can. If you have been directly impacted by COVID-19 and are unable to meet your car loan repayments, please complete the Financial Hardship Application Form so we can assess your individual circumstances and eligibility. Once completed please follow the instructions on the form on how to submit your application.
